Long-Term Rentals in Tezdaine

Tezdaine is a residential area in the Midoun region, in the east of Djerba, made up of villas, houses and plots of land, often surrounded by gardens. It is a quiet setting where you can have your own pool and some space, while staying a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Midoun and the beaches. Several of our listings here mention that the lagoon is close by. The area is spread out: a car is essential, and it is worth checking the access road to the villa or plot before you decide.

Long-term rentals cover villas, houses and flats let for an extended period, furnished or not depending on the listing. Each property page shows the monthly rent, the layout and, when known, the date from which it is available. It is a good way to settle in Djerba or to try out an area before buying. Contact our front desk to arrange a viewing and learn the lease terms; owners who wish to let their property long term can also entrust it to us.

There are currently 2 available properties in this selection, and 1 sold or rented property is shown at the end for reference. The list is updated automatically from our listings.
