How to request deletion

Send your request by email to contact@myvillarise.com or via WhatsApp on +216 99 573 082, with the subject “Deletion of my data”.

Give your name and the phone number, email address or account (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com) you used to contact us, so that we can find your data.

No other information is needed. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask you to confirm your request from the same number or account.

Processing time

We process your request within 30 days of receipt at most.

We confirm the deletion through the same channel or, where applicable, tell you which data we must keep and why.

What is deleted

Your contact record and details (name, phone, email), your search criteria, requests sent via the website, the history of our exchanges and messages received via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Airbnb or Booking.com stored in our tools.

You are also removed from our offer mailings.

What we must keep

Some data must be kept by law, even after a deletion request: invoices, contracts (mandates, leases, preliminary and final deeds of sale), accounting records and proof of payment relating to a booking or transaction.

These documents are kept for the period set by law, with restricted access, then deleted. They are no longer used for commercial purposes.

Messages stored on the platforms themselves (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com) are also the responsibility of those platforms: you can delete them using their own tools.

If you contacted us via Facebook or Instagram

For us to delete the messages and information received from you via Facebook or Instagram, send us your request as described above, stating your account name.

To remove access for an app linked to MY VILLA RISE on Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites; select the app concerned and choose Remove.

On Instagram: open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove the app concerned.

Deleting the conversation on your side or blocking our account does not delete the copy we have received: to do so, send us your request.
